Follow-Up
A results review is commonly scheduled around 2 weeks after Botox, once the effect has developed. This is a good time to assess symmetry and discuss any concerns; additional treatment is only given if your provider recommends it. Follow the review schedule provided at your appointment. Contact us sooner for any warning signs - do not wait for your routine review.
When to contact us
Call The W MedSpa promptly for a new drooping eyelid or brow, persistent eye irritation, or injection-site redness, warmth, swelling, or pain that is worsening rather than improving. Contact us if asymmetry or an unexpected result remains after 2 weeks. Get medical help immediately for trouble swallowing, speaking, or breathing; new widespread muscle weakness; or blurred or double vision. These symptoms can occur hours to weeks after treatment.
